In celebration of senior year being over, we all decided to burn books. Tracy was kind enough to volunteer her parents' house, so we all drove up on Saturday (the 29th) to Arlington. Attendees included Tracy, Brad Smith, John McCarthy, Derrick Stolee, James Stevenson, Jordan Hofker, Matthew Brand, Angie Guinan, Matthew Johnson, Steven Schermerhorn and myself.

Fun was had by all. The evening began with Stolee chasing Tracy's cats with a shovel. Then we ate awesome tacos prepared by Tracy's mother, after which James, Matt, Matt, and I played a game of clubs. The book burning followed, and to conclude the evening, we had s'mores.

Well, here at UNL, we received an extra two days of spring break, thanks to the glorious snow storm that decided to park itself on the state. Luckily, I left home in time, so I didn't have to drive through the storm when it was bad, just a few flurries and some rain. But after I got here, I-80 was closed, and it proceeded to snow an entire foot. So, classes were canceled for two days. In place of class on Monday, we made a gigantic 12-foot snowman, affectionately named Gigantor. I have finally gotten around to fixing up and posting the photos.
