I greatly enjoy a glass of wine with just about any meal. From a full-bodied Zinfandel or Carbenet with a prime rib or steak to a crisp white wine with a fish fillet, I find that I enjoy just about any type of wine. Chardonnay is generally my least favorite, but even that has its place, and I have found a few that I enjoy. Since taking the wonderful Wines, Vines and You course from UNL, I have been recording observations on any bottle of wine I have purchased. These observations are presented in the list below.
